Feel free to decline requests for mentoring if there does not appear to be a good fit; and to set limits on what you will do pro bono. For example, "I will gladly offer suggestions on the type of information that should be in your business plan, and will give it a first read before you send it to investors, but you need to do the writing. It's your business and the process of writing a plan helps you to think through various options."

If one of the entrepreneurs you choose to mentor needs some help with a project (e.g. - new or overhauled website or social media marketing campaign), we have a stable of pro bono college interns ready and willing to assist the company under your direction.  Just let us know what you need.  Internships are for 40 hours or 4 weeks, whichever comes first.
